☆Paper Properties☆

Paper is divided into neutral and acidic. To distinguish the quality of the paper, it is necessary to distinguish the purpose of the paper first. Various kinds of paper have common characteristics, but also have different characteristics.

a. Common points: 1. Pulp evenness 2. Flatness 3. Toughness 4. Tear strength 5. Moisture content 6. Smoothness

b. Differences: 1. Engineering copy paper and sketch paper: no static electricity, with a coating

☆Product Application Scope ☆

1. Natural Sketch Paper
Natural tracing paper is also known as acid paper (or base paper).
Suitable for various design units such as architecture, metallurgy, aerospace, transportation, gardening, municipal, chemical industry, navigation, aviation, nuclear industry, etc. Used for separate machines and manual sketching, copying.
What is a master sheet? It is used for making prints, just like the negative in photography.
What is the process of printing a map? It is to transfer the graphics on the tracing paper through exposure to the photocopy machine, and then transfer the graphics to the sensitive material, that is, the printing paper, and then develop and wash out the blue print.
Engineering copy tracing paper (i.e., double-base drawings) is a process of re-creating base drawings using existing white drawings or blueprints (as white drawings and blueprints cannot be photocopied). This is done by using a static electricity copying method to reproduce the graphics onto tracing paper, which is known as double-base drawings.
2. Transfer Paper for Plate Making
Die-cutting transfer paper is generally used for light printing, such as business cards, black-and-white publications. The computer-designed page is printed using a laser printer.
The machine outputs, and then transfers to the PS plate for plate making, replacing the polyester film.
Do the cover page: the use of the middle page of the album, photo album, periodicals, and greeting cards is basically the same as that of the color printing and sketching paper.
3. Engineering copy paper, drawing paper, (white drawing paper)
White drawing paper: suitable for design units, generally used in decoration and industrial design. It cannot be used for printing. Some units first draw sketches on the drawing paper and then use the engineering copy machine to duplicate the second bottom drawing.
