1. Send pictures:Please confirm if the product can be produced, and then we will quote you based on factors such as process, quality, and quantity (the price is per yard without tax and freight). It is recommended to mail the actual sample.

3、Final Confirmation:After receiving the actual sample, the master craftsman will conduct a technical analysis, and then provide you with the final price. If the price is acceptable, you need to pay the prototype fee for the sample (the sample fee can be refunded after the large order is confirmed), and after the sample is completed (usually 1-3 days), it will be sent to you for confirmation.

Min Order Quantity: Printed bands are ordered in quantities of 5,000 yards per pattern. If the bow is made of printed bands, it is ordered in conjunction with the printed band minimum order quantity. For other styles, the general minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces.

5. Production of bulk goods:Upon your receipt and confirmation of the sample, you need to pay a 30% deposit first. We will arrange the mass production and once the goods are ready, the balance will be paid in full and the goods will be shipped on time.

6、Shipping:Products with stock usually ship within 48 hours, and the production lead time for custom orders is subject to the agreed date at the time of placing the order. In case of special circumstances (such as holidays, factory power outages, or machine maintenance), we will inform you in advance. For customers in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region or for smaller orders, we recommend using express delivery, with fees charged according to the standard of the express company. For other regions, we suggest using logistics, and the specific situation can be decided by both parties.
