First of allExtract the two ends of the single rod; one end is for forward drilling and the other is for reverse rotation. After extraction, place it on a door and ensure it is flat. Also, do not remove the screw securing the middle bolt, otherwise it will not hold properly. The middle screw holds the internal rod in place; removing it will prevent fixation. Some buyers claim the item is broken after removing the screw; please do not evaluate without clear information. Thank you! As described in the image, as long as the middle rod is rotated tightly enough (300 jin), there is no issue. If there is a problem, let us know.FreeReplace with new ones.
