1.Need to customize

The related products of our factory can be customized according to the requirements of customers. You can use our existing style, also can provide their own samples for mold customization, our factory can be in accordance with your change requirements, free design for your overall effect diagram, for reference.

2.Proofing determine

After preliminary determination of packaging style, size, material, price and other details, if the customer requires, we can provide actual samples in advance before mass production (note: our factory will charge a certain amount of proofing fees according to the actual situation. In case of final confirmation, the proofing fee will be deducted from the contract as payment), so that the customer can have a more intuitive understanding of the product details.

3.Purchase contract

If there is no objection, both parties can sign the purchase contract (our factory has the contract style), which will specify the product information, delivery time, acceptance standard, settlement method and other details.

4.Form of payment

Under normal circumstances, our factory will collect 40% of the total payment as the advance payment. The remaining payment should be paid in lump sum before delivery. Don't usuallySupport alipay form of payment.

5. Packing of goods

In general, customers do not have special packaging requirements, our factory USES ordinary carton safety packaging (free of charge), if the foreign trade goods, our factory can according to the customer's requirements of packaging, packaging, but the resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

6.Transport of goods

Except for special instructions, the contract price does not include freight. In special cases, customers can choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to their needs, and our factory will arrange transportation matters for them.

7.Service tracking

If the customer has any objection to the goods within one week after receiving the goods, you can call us, we will solve according to the specific situation!
