1. Demand customization

the related products of our factory can be customized according to the requirements of customers. You can use the existing styles of our factory or provide your own samples for mold opening and customization. Our factory can design the overall effect diagram for you free of charge according to your modification requirements for reference.

2. Proofing OK

after the details such as packaging style, size, material and price are preliminarily determined, if required by the customer, we can provide the actual samples in advance before batch production (note: our factory will charge a certain amount of proofing fee according to the actual situation. If it is finally confirmed, the proofing fee will be deducted from the contract payment), so that customers can have a more intuitive understanding of the product details.

3. Purchase Contract

if there is no objection, double convenience can sign the purchase contract (our factory has the contract style). Details such as product information, delivery time, acceptance criteria, and settlement methods will be marked in detail in the contract.

4. Payment Method

under normal circumstances, our factory will charge 40% of the total payment as advance payment. The remaining payment customers need to pay in one lump sum before delivery. Generally not alipay payment method is supported.

5. Packaging of goods

in general, customers do not have special packaging requirements. Our factory adopts General Carton safe packaging (this packaging is free of charge). If it is foreign trade goods, our factory can carry out fine packaging according to the packaging methods required by customers, however, the expenses incurred will be borne by the guests themselves.

6. Cargo transportation

except for special instructions, the contract price does not include freight price. In special circumstances, customers can choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to their needs, and our factory will arrange the transportation on behalf of them.

7. Service tracking

if the customer has any objection to the goods within one week after receiving the goods, you can call us and we will solve it according to the specific situation!
