Operation instruction:

   The bottom of handle lever is aligned with the release valve, tighten clockwise, operate the wrench up and down, rocker arm rises, otherwise, relax counterclockwise, rocker arm falls (generally no more than one circle).

Refueling and air emissions:

1. After the jack is used for a long time, the oil will deteriorate, so no. 13 high quality hydraulic oil must be replaced. It is forbidden to add other types of refined oil and brake fluid.

2. The refueling height, the jack is placed horizontally, and the distance between the liquid level and the outer tube is 10mm.

3. Sometimes during transportation, air will enter the hydraulic system jack and affect the normal work of the jack, so the air in the system shall be discharged.

   A. Remove the cover plate and open the oil plug to let the air out;

   B. Release valve counterclockwise;

    C. Quickly flip the handle up and down several times;

   D. Close the release valve, put it back on the cover plate, and the jack can be used normally.

Maintenance, repair, inspection

1. When the jack is not in use, the rocker arm should be in the lowest position to avoid affecting the accuracy and corrosion of the oil pump, keep the jack clean, and often fill the external moving parts with 20 gay friends.

2. Before each use, check whether the jack has welding cracks, whether parts and fasteners are lost, loose, broken, deformed, etc., and do not use the jack.

3. For your safety, you must repair under the guidance of senior maintenance workers.

Directions for use

1. Fix the parking brake, set the automatic transmission in the \"P\" position, set the manual transmission in the first gear or reverse gear.

2. Secure other tires with a tire pad or wood.

3. Put the jack in the groove of the support point.

4. When using the jack, do not exceed the rated load.

Don't climb into the bottom of the car when it is jacked up.

6. Do not place cushions on the jack head or base.

Park your car in a flat spot.

8. If possible, use a bracket to support the jacked vehicle.
