A5 material disinfection temperature should not exceed 120 degrees, 80 degrees disinfection should not exceed 15 minutes, 100 degrees disinfection should not exceed 5 minutes. The temperature of the high-temperature disinfection cabinet should not exceed 100 degrees, and it should be used after natural cooling. In order to ensure a longer service life of the product, it is not recommended to hold food above 100 degrees, for example, high temperature oil (at least 300 degrees after the oil temperature is boiled)
