Structural features
The tightening device is composed of a clamping strap, a fastener, and metal end components. The fastener is a manually operated tension device with a maximum wrist force of 500N.
Primary Uses
The tightening device is primarily used for securing items on trucks, trailers, ships, or tracks, as well as for bundling and securing steel, wood, and various pipe materials.
Scope of Application
The tightening device is also suitable for vehicle trailers and rescue applications. It cannot be used for lifting goods. The tightening strap is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C; when using polypropylene straps, the temperature typically ranges from -40°C to +80°C. Use is strictly prohibited in high-temperature environments. There are various structural forms of the tightening device. However, if the end components are left exposed to ultraviolet radiation for extended periods, the strength of the strap will decrease. Therefore, the strap should not be used in areas with strong ultraviolet exposure for too long. The tightening device should be avoided during operations involving molten metal, acids, glass plates, fragile items, nuclear reactors, and special environments.
