Customization Process of Jiestong

1. Develop a budget based on the purpose of the gift: determine the quantity to be ordered, the content to be printed, the scope of customization (limited to the cup body or including lids and packaging), and the time of use (it is recommended to consult in advance for the customization cycle).

2. If printing is required, please provide the accurate AI format document and the international PANTONE color card number.

3. Determine the cup model and style: Choose the model based on your budget, whether it is a medium, large, or office cup (with a handle), and which series style you prefer.

4. Design mock-ups and rendering effects: Determine the scope of customization, and design the cup body layout based on requirements, whether it is monochrome (screen printing) or colored (decorative paper);

5. Confirmation and Return of the Order: Fax the order (all custom requirements and deposit proof), and the client signs and returns to confirm.

6. Deposit: 30% deposit is required, which can be made through bank transfer. The production order and shipping time will be calculated from the date the deposit is received.

7. Pay the balance: After the cup is finished, provide the customer with the information and notify them to pay the balance.
8. Shipping Inspection: Upon receipt of the balance, the company will immediately ship the goods (using logistics and freight collect). We will provide the shipping and delivery time and will contact you in time if there are any problems.
