【Features】It can be heated using an induction cooker or open flame. The coffee produced has a rich taste, is easy to operate, and convenient to clean. With its exquisite craftsmanship and excellent quality, the VEV Mocha Pot has long been highly popular among coffee enthusiasts. Some coffee lovers even insist that ESPRESSO must be made using the VEV Mocha Pot. The beautiful appliance and simple operation method create a classic, rich ESPRESSO.
【Material】ItalyCompared to regular mocha pots, the VEV mocha pot has two major advantages:
a. The latest silicone sealing ring is used, which is white and transparent, odorless, and features a dual-sealing configuration; in contrast, the rubber rings of ordinary domestic Mocha kettles are usually milky white and emit a strong irritating smell, which significantly affects the taste quality of coffee.
b. The material is 304# stainless steel, unlike the 201# or 202# stainless steel commonly used in some low-cost moka pots; 304# stainless steel is edible.
【Specifications】4 servings(50 ml/cup, 200 ml)
This Mocha Pot is designed for 4 people. The capacity of the Mocha Pot is calculated at 50ml per cup. The coffee prepared in a 4-person Mocha Pot will equal approximately two cups of regular coffee. Those who are not very familiar with Mocha Pots should pay attention when purchasing!
【Packaging】Exquisite colored box packaging
【Principle】Coffee extracted using high-temperature steam
【Applicable Coffee Beans】Deep-baked Italian coffee
【Usage Instructions】
1. Pour the hot water into the lower cup, ensuring the height does not exceed the pressure relief valve.
2. Grind the coffee powder (fine grinding is recommended). Pour the coffee powder into a powder cup—you can add more. Use chopsticks or a spoon to smooth out any excess powder.
3. Slightly moisten the filter paper, place it on the upper filter, and screw on the upper cover.
4. Turn the upper seat tightly (make sure it is secured with pressure to prevent leakage). Be careful not to apply force while rotating the handle of the Mocha pot, as this can easily damage the handle. If hot water is added, the base may get hot; it is recommended to wrap a towel to assist.
5. Heat with a gas lamp or an alcohol stove at high heat.
6. Turn down the heat once you see coffee flowing out (don’t let it flow out quickly).
7. The coffee should be boiled out slowly next.
【Precautions】
Before using the new Mocha pot, boil it with clean water at least three times to ensure it is clean inside!!
1. Except for water and coffee powder, do not boil any other powders or liquids.
2. Use unboiled water, preferably pure water.
3. If the pot is not filled with water, do not cook it empty.
4. Too much water can cause the coffee to spill over the top.
5. When filling the coffee powder, do not press too hard; simply flatten the surface slightly, as excessive pressing may prevent the coffee from flowing out.
6. To prevent damage to the surface and handle, the area where the fire source is located should not exceed the base area of the pot.
7. Open the lid and start cooking over medium heat. When coffee starts to flow out, switch to low heat to allow the coffee to release slowly.
8. When there is a boiling sound, immediately move the mocha pot away from the heat source.
9. Before using the coffee cup, it is best to heat it with hot water to maintain the coffee temperature.
10. Do not disassemble or clean the mocha pot until it has cooled down.
11. Use finely ground coffee powder.
12. Try to rinse with clean water only, or clean with a neutral cleaner.
3. When not in use, keep the grinding pot dry
