Printed Ribbon and Handmade Flower Customization Process:

1、Prototype Stage:

 （When no actual sample is available）：Customized printed ribbon Please send vector files (such as AI./PDF./CDR.) to our customer service personnel, and provide detailed requirements: font, height, spacing, number of colors, and so on. Then our designer will arrange the layout, and after the design draft is sent to the buyer, the buyer confirms the font, height, spacing, and whether there are any omissions (very important: because once the pattern is set, it cannot be changed for printing). If the buyer confirms that there are no problems, then choose the material (ribbon/polyester ribbon/satin ribbon/satin ribbon/guest sample material), determine the color, and determine the size. After confirming that there is no mistake, you need to pay the sample fee first. We will provide the sample according to your requirements. If you are in a hurry, you can send the sample photo directly (please choose carefully, if you are not strict with the quality and color of the product, you can choose this way).

                               Custom-made handmade flowersPlease send us the image of the product with the dimensions of length and width, the width of the ribbon, the material, and the color details. We will make a prototype according to your requirements. After the prototype is made, we will take a picture and send it to you for a preview. After confirmation, we will send you the actual sample for further confirmation.If you are in a hurry, you can directly produce the product based on the image (please choose carefully, if you have looser quality and color requirements, you can choose this method).

2、Final Confirmation:Upon receiving your actual sample, we will conduct a process analysis and eventually offer you a reasonable price. If the price is acceptable, you need to pay the prototype fee for the sample production (the prototype fee will be refunded once the large order is confirmed), and once the sample is ready (generally within 1-3 days), we will send it to you for confirmation.

3、Min Order Quantity: Printed ribbons are ordered in minimum quantities of 5,000 yards per pattern. Buttons with printed ribbons require the same minimum order quantity as the printed ribbons, while other styles generally require a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Regular ribbons are ordered in minimum quantities of 10,000 yards (except for special cases).

4、Production of bulk goods:After you receive the actual sample, carefully identify the color, style, craftsmanship, and specifications. If there are any modifications needed, contact the customer service and confirm again to ensure there are no mistakes. This is to confirm the mass production sample. A 30% deposit is required first, and we will arrange the production of the mass order. After the mass order is completed, the remaining payment should be settled, and we will deliver the goods on time.

5. Shipping:Products with stock available are generally shipped within 48 hours. For custom-made orders, the lead time depends on the order quantity, complexity, and production schedule, which is generally 5-7 days. The exact time will be determined by the customer service at the time of ordering. Production cycles are approximate and we generally strive to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order. In the event of special circumstances (such as holidays, power outages at the factory, or machine maintenance), we will inform you in advance. For customers in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region or for small orders, we recommend using express delivery, with fees charged according to the standard of the express company. For other regions, we recommend using logistics. The specific situation can be decided by both parties.

6. Payment Method:Step 1: Pay via Alipay process.

After-sales: All our products have passed the ISO9001 certification, ensuring quality. If there are any quality issues with the products, which are due to our production, we will accept returns and fully refund the purchase price. For regular products, if the return is due to personal reasons (such as disliking the color or the size not meeting the buyer's requirements), we will allow the return but will charge a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. For custom-made products, we do not accept returns. If there are quality issues with the custom-made products and it is our fault, we will offer a full re-supply of the order quantity free of charge, and we will bear the shipping costs.
