Ultra-fine fiber cloth; Made from ultra-fine fibers with a density only 1% of human hair. The special wedge-shaped cross-section allows it to effectively capture even microscopic dust particles, showing remarkable oil-removing, cleaning, and water-absorbing effects. The feel is soft, the color bright, it does not pull threads, does not shed hair, does not support bacteria, does not shrink, and has a lifespan of 5 times that of ordinary dish towels, making it reusable.
Ultra-fine fiber cloth has six major features:
1: High absorbency: The water absorption capacity is 7 times that of equal cotton rags. Ultra-fine fibers are divided into eight petals using the tangerine segment technology, which increases the fiber surface area and the number of pores in the fabric. With the help of capillary core absorption effect, the water absorption effect is enhanced, and the rapid water absorption and rapid drying become its significant characteristics.
Second: Strong cleaning power: The diameter of 0.4um microfibers is only 1/10 of pure silk, and their special cross-section can more effectively capture particles as small as a few micrometers, making the cleaning and oil removal effect very obvious.
Three: No hair removal: The high-strength synthetic fiber is not easily broken, and at the same time, it uses precision weaving methods, which do not pull the fibers, do not fall off, and the fibers are also less likely to fall off from the surface of the towel.
Fourth: Long Service Life: Due to the high strength and excellent durability of ultra-fine fibers, the service life of these fibers is more than four times that of ordinary towels. They remain unaltered even after multiple washings. Moreover, high-polymer polymer fibers do not undergo protein hydrolysis like cotton fibers, and even if they are not dried after use, they will not mold or rot. They possess an exceptionally long service life.
Five: Easy to Clean: When using ordinary towels, especially those made of natural fibers, the dust, oils, and dirt on the surface of the object are directly absorbed into the fiber. After use, these residues remain in the fibers, making them difficult to remove. Over time, these fibers can even become hard and lose their elasticity, affecting their use. However, ultra-fine fiber towels absorb contaminants between the fibers (not within the fibers), and the high fiber density and strength make them highly absorbent. Therefore, after use, they can be cleaned with just water or a little detergent.
Sixth: Colorfastness: The dyeing process uses TF-215 and other dyes specifically designed for ultra-fine fiber materials. These dyes have excellent slow-dyeing, transfer, high-temperature dispersion, and color-fading properties, all meeting the strict international export standards. In particular, their colorfastness feature ensures that when cleaning the surface of the items, there will be no problem of color loss or contamination.
