No additives:

3.2% Sodium Citrate 1:9 (Citric Acid Sodium)
Used for coagulation mechanism and other tests, the vacuum blood collection tube with a ratio of anticoagulant to blood sample volume of 1:9, with a constant anticoagulant ratio of 0.109 mol/L, has high precision in ratio. Since citric acid is less toxic, it is also used.

Blood specimen collection for clinical biochemistry, emergency biochemistry, and hemorheology measurements. Minimal interference with blood components, does not affect red blood cell volume, and does not cause hemolysis. Features a fast plasma separation speed, and does not interfere with blood coagulation.

Sodium fluoride + potassium oxalate
Blood samples for the detection of glucose, glucose tolerance, erythrocyte electrophoresis, methemoglobin, and sugar-induced hemolysis are collected and anticoagulated. The addition of inhibitors and special treatment of the tube walls make it possible to detect these items.

The original state of blood is maintained for 72 hours, and the metabolism of blood cells is essentially stagnant, etc.
