1. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package on the expected arrival date to prevent unnecessary damage. To protect your rights, check that the goods are intact before signing for them. Inspecting the goods in person is the best way to clarify responsibilities regarding purchase and delivery, and it is also your responsibility (once signed for, there are no issues, regardless of whether it is signed on behalf of another person, and the seller will not bear any liability for compensation). Any damage caused by the buyer’s failure to inspect the goods shall be borne by the buyer themselves, including the return shipping cost for replacement or return, within 48 hours after signing for the package. If the courier does not allow unpacking inspection, you can sign for the package first and keep the receipt, and return the receipt only if the goods are undamaged. If there is damage, you may cross out the original signature, and if negotiation fails, you may refuse to sign for the package and return it in its original packaging.
