The rated frequency of this series of generators is 50Hz and 60Hz, and the rated voltage is 230V (single phase). Other rated voltage values can also be designed according to user requirements. When dual function machine is used for power generation, when the speed of the prime mover changes within 5%, the load changes from 0 → 100% or 100%→ 0, and the power factor cosφ1.0 changes arbitrarily, its steady-state voltage regulation rate is not more than 5%, and it can quickly adapt to and stably work when sudden addition and sudden unloading load, and the output voltage of the power generation terminal is 230V (single-phase) alternating current. When used for electric welding, the output voltage is not more than 80v. This series of generators have good external characteristics, the welding current can be chosen at will, and the arc can be burned stably, thus ensuring the quality of weld mark.

Dual function machine adopts cast iron structure with antidrip type, axial ventilation, machine base, front and rear end covers, and has mounting flange on the end cover of the transmission end, which can be easily used with the prime mover coupling device. At the same time, the air outlet at the transmission end and the air inlet at the non-transmission end are provided with a filter screen for protection. When the annular iron screen of the air inlet is removed, the electric brush and sliding bracelet can be easily repaired.
