Description

This series of generators has two rated frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, with a rated voltage of 230V (single-phase). They can also be designed to meet other rated voltage requirements based on customer needs. The dual-use generators are capable of adapting quickly and maintaining stable operation when the prime mover's speed changes within 5% and the load varies from 0% to 100% or vice versa, with the power factor cosφ within the range of 1.0. The steady-state voltage regulation rate does not exceed 5%, and the output voltage at the generation end is 230V (single-phase) AC. When used for welding, the output voltage does not exceed 80V. This series of generators has good transient overvoltage characteristics, and the welding current can be selected arbitrarily, ensuring stable arc burning to maintain the quality of the weld.

The dual-purpose machine adopts anti-drip, axial ventilation, and cast iron structure for the base and front and rear end covers. On the end cover of the drive end, there is an installation flange, which can be conveniently combined with the original motor connection device. At the same time, there are filters at the air outlet of the drive end and the air inlet of the non-drive end to protect the machine. When the ring-shaped iron sheet filter of the air inlet is removed, it is easy to maintain the brush and the sliding ring.
