Insulation and immersion paint:
the insulation level is H.
All the winding parts are made of specially developed materials and coated by special technology, which provides guarantee for the operation of the generator in harsh environment. Specially developed resin-based materials provide high processing strength and high mechanical strength for coils and rotating parts.
Winding and electrical performance:
all generators are 2/3 pitch winding, which can effectively eliminate the third harmonic of voltage (3rd, 9th, 15...), The best design for non-linear load uninterrupted power supply. When connected in parallel with the power grid, the 2/3 pitch structure restrains the excessive midline current sometimes generated by the larger coil pitch. A fully continuous damping winding reduces the oscillation in parallel. This winding with 2/3 pitch and carefully selected poles and teeth suppressed the waveform distortion of the output voltage.
Crossed Lines:
THF (as defined by BS EN 60034-1) is less than 2%. The TIF (as defined in NEMAMGl-22) is less than 50.
Radio interference:
brushless devices and high-quality AVRS ensure little interference during radio transmission. If necessary, an RFI suppression device can be additionally provided.
