Insulation and Enamel Coating
Insulation class is H-class.
All the components wound are made of specially developed materials and are impregnated with special processes, ensuring the generator's operation in harsh environments. The specially developed resin-based materials provide high processing strength and high mechanical strength for the coils and various rotating parts.
Windings and Electrical Performance:
All generators are wound with a 2/3 pitch, which effectively eliminates the third harmonic (3rd, 9th, 15th...) of the voltage, making it the best design for uninterrupted power supply to non-linear loads. When parallel to the grid, the 2/3 pitch structure suppresses the excessive mid-line current that can be produced by larger coil pitches sometimes. A completely continuous damping windings reduce oscillations when in parallel. This 2/3 pitch, with carefully selected poles and teeth, suppresses the distortion of the output voltage waveform.
Telephone Interference:
THF (as defined by BS EN 60034-1) less than 2%. TIF (as defined by NEMAMGl-22) less than 50.
Radio interference
Brushless devices and high-quality AVRs ensure minimal interference during radio transmission. If needed, additional RFI suppression equipment can be provided.
