Shipping by courier: For small orders, you can place the order directly. Alibaba’s system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and the pricing will be displayed accordingly. If you have a specific courier company in mind, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will use the default courier for shipping.
Freight and logistics: If your goods are heavy (over 15 kilograms, or not from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai regions), we strongly recommend using freight and logistics services to reduce transportation costs. The time required for logistics and express delivery to receive the goods is almost the same. After the goods arrive, the shipping department will call you to inform you of the designated pickup point where you can collect them. Generally, you should collect the goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
Yiwu logistics connects directly to all over the country; most cities at the municipal level and above can receive deliveries, while county-level cities require intermediate transfers. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call you, and you will need to collect them in person. Here is an important note: the quality of services provided by Yiwu logistics companies varies widely. I hope everyone can contact a logistics company themselves before placing an order. You can search for one yourself, or call 114 to inquire about the logistics point from Yiwu to your local area and find the closest one.
