Instructions for Use of the Cooler Vest

Structure

The cooling vest consists of four parts: a vest, an energy storage bag, a cold insulation bag, and a cold insulation panel.

The energy storage bag and vest are separate components, making it easy and flexible to use.

To prevent users from feeling cold and uncomfortable due to individual differences, this product is specially equipped with a double insulation system (insulation bags, insulation panels). The body-temperature adjustment can be customized according to the user’s needs.

Use

1. Place the energy storage bag in the refrigerator and freeze it for more than 5 hours until it is completely frozen—this is very important. After removing it, place it in a cooling bag.

2. Insert the cooling plate into the undergarment pocket along with it. Place the cooling plate on the side close to the body to ensure the body temperature remains around 20°C, preventing a feeling of coldness.

3. When it no longer feels cold, the cooling plate can be removed, which can also extend the cooling period.

Note

1. After use, the energy storage bag can be placed in the refrigerator for freezing for future use. If not used for a long time, it should be stored at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight.

2. The cryocoolant is non-toxic and pollution-free, but should not be ingested. Avoid puncturing or scratching it. If the bag leaks, clean it with clean water.

Hard gel----The main material is imported from Japan and is a proprietary technology of our company. It is a traditional export product of our company, produced exclusively domestically. It is a non-flowing, elastic solid-solid phase change cooling material that behaves like jelly; once formed, it does not deform, and it has strong bio-feedback properties. Even if the bag breaks, it does not leak or cause pollution.
