The flat lifting straps are made from high-quality synthetic fibers used internationally, utilizing advanced weaving techniques and equipment worldwide. They are sewn using various stitching methods, allowing production of lifting straps with safety factors 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 times depending on customer requirements. The production range covers 0.5t to 100t. Different load capacities are identified using international standard colors, and they can also be distinguished by width. During lifting operations, they will not cause any damage to the surface of the object being lifted.

The flat lifting strap offers superior performance: it provides a wide, smooth bearing surface, making it particularly suitable for lifting objects with soft surfaces. If needed, a wider protective cover can be attached for additional protection. Since there is no metal contact, the damage to the lifted object’s smooth surface and painted finish is extremely minimal.

1. The body shall be scrapped if it is cut, severely scratched, loose in some areas, or partially broken.
2. The surface is severely worn, the lifting strap is abnormally deformed and fuzzy; when the wear reaches 1/10 of the original width of the lifting strap, it should be scrapped.
6. 3. If synthetic fibers become softened or aged (turning yellow), have a rough surface, peel off, lose elasticity, or experience reduced strength, they must be discarded.
4. The sling is moldy and deteriorated. Acid-base burns. If it melts due to heat or burns, with a loose surface, or corrodes, it should be discarded.
