1. Before the formal printing, we will confirm the printing proofs with you by screenshot or proofing, please carefully confirm that the content of the final draft we send to you is accurate (especially in terms of text)! Because once the printing plate is made, it will be impossible to modify. If the printed product is based on the final confirmed draft and there are errors in the content, the company will not assume the corresponding loss responsibility! If the customer comes with their own manuscript, we will not make any further processing. The manuscript will be printed directly.

2. All colors printed come from professional color spectrum correction, as personal computer monitors of different brands will definitely have slight color differences. Additionally, the concept of color in printing and on screens is completely different. Using different principles, the colors of printed products and screen display will be different. The company will strictly adhere to the CMYK color value standards in the document for printing. (Printed products use the CMYK color mode, which is produced by controlling the overlay of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks on paper to create color) Please do not use the color of your own monitor as the standard. In addition, if the product is determined based on the proof, since the proof is a short-run proof, there will be some color differences from the bulk order, and the difference value within 10% is considered normal. 3. During the cutting process, there may be an error of 1-2mm, which is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Please avoid creating frame effects around the edges when creating the file. If you insist on adding frame effects, please try to make the frame at least 3-4mm wide. This will help to ensure that the margins around the edges of the cut pieces are relatively consistent. Please do not send us pictures of the printed products that require measuring with a ruler or viewing through a magnifying glass, as this does not fall within the scope of quality issues! 4. The products printed by different printing equipment may have some differences in effect. If you receive the printed products and use non-quality reasons such as "it's not the same as I imagined, the color is too deep or too light", "it doesn't look like this on my computer", "what color did the previous printing factory print", or "the paper is different from the previous one", please be cautious in making a decision!
