 Method of use

Method of use 1 (cold compress) :
1. Open the lid and put the ice cubes in.
* the volume of ice makes up 1/2 to 2/3 of the ice pack capacity.
Cover tightly to prevent water from leaking out.
* note that the lid is not easily sealed when tilted.
3. Place the ice bag on the cold compress area, which can be fixed with bandages or special protective equipment.
* to prevent ice packs from getting too cold, use a towel and undergarment as a liner.
* to prevent the edges of ice from breaking the bag, use water to wash away the edges of ice before use.
Notes for use:
* don't use it for other purposes
* long cooling time can easily cause frostbite, which should be paid attention to.

Method 2 (warm compress) :
