There are six types of rebar - sleeve connections :(reduced diameter, expanding type is not introduced here)
1. Standard connection
Possible free rotation for use. The reason for using iron bars is to lock each other at the ends of the bridge fragments opposite the forces. Wish to choose a standard sleeve or a reduced size connection sleeve.
2. Extended connection
Used for the steel bar is too long and dense, inconvenient to turn the occasion. The connecting sleeve is screwed into the extension thread of a steel bar in advance, and then the end thread of the steel bar is screwed back. The connecting piece can be locked by rotating the steel bar half to one turn. Standard connecting sleeve can be selected.
3, lock mother connection
It is used for the joint of steel bars which cannot rotate at all, such as bending steel bars, Bridges, cast-in-place piles and so on. The mother and the lockConnecting sleeveScrew in the extension thread in advance, and then screw in another reinforcing end thread, and connect the sleeve with the lockbox. Optional standard or expanding type connection sleeve with locking mother
4, positive and negative wire type connection
It is used to adjust the internal force of the steel bar when the steel bar cannot rotate at all, such as construction joint, post-pouring belt and so on. To connect the positive and negative wire buckles with the sleeve, two reinforcing bars can be loosened or tightened in one rotating direction. The ones with positive and negative wire buckles should be used first
Connecting sleeve.
