One, materials. The same aluminum moka pot, good manufacturers use brand new aluminum ingots as raw materials, with high purity and good appearance. However, some poor manufacturers often use recycled aluminum shavings, aluminum ash, and other scrap melted and cast, which cannot ensure purity and hygiene. Two, the process. The manufacturing process of the aluminum moka pot is mainly divided into casting, hand polishing, and static light steps. The casting process in the casting step is the most obvious. Good products are cast with tens of tons of pressure casting machines, while some small manufacturers use crucible melting aluminum casting. A moka pot is a pressure pot, and when working, the lower pot must bear high steam pressure. If the embryo is not firm, it is very dangerous. The embryo cast by the large tonnage pressure casting machine is dense and has very few air bubbles in the aluminum material. The embryo cast by the small crucible casting because it is cast under normal pressure, will contain certain air bubbles in the casting process, and the firmness of the pot body will necessarily be worse.
Three, brand added value. This aspect is subjective, as everyone has their own opinions. Some brands have a long history, and when the same quality of the same pot is labeled with a well-known brand, its brand added value will inevitably significantly raise the product's price. For example, a small pot for one person can sell for two or three hundred yuan, which is not surprising.

However, aluminum pots are relatively classic, as the first moka pot in the world was an aluminum pot. The permeability and heat conductivity of aluminum pots are good, and the longer they are used, the more they have a simple and elegant charm. Usage Instructions:
This pot is divided into an upper and a lower part. You add water to the lower part, and there is a mesh funnel layer in between the two parts to hold the coffee grounds. When heated, the water in the lower part turns into high-pressure steam, which travels up through the coffee grounds in the middle layer and reaches the upper part, turning into coffee. Here's how to operate it:
1. Unscrew the upper and lower kettles, take out the powder tray at the mouth of the lower kettle.(The powder tray is the funnel-shaped container with many small holes that is placed over the opening of the lower kettle after turning the upper and lower kettles)Then add water to the lower kettle, ensuring the water level is controlled at a position 0.5 centimeters below the safety valve. The safety valve will automatically release pressure when the pressure in the lower kettle becomes too high to prevent any safety incidents. If the water level is higher than the safety valve, the function of the safety valve will not work normally.
