The Method of Making Cocktails
1. Stir

2. Shake

Therefore, when using a mixing glass, you should first put the ice and ingredients into the glass body, then add the strainer and lid. (1) The thumb of the right hand is pressed on the lid of the wine pot.
(2) Use the ring finger and little finger to hold the kettle body;
(3) Hold the handle with the middle finger and index finger together to support the kettle.
（4）Place the middle finger and ring finger of the left hand at the base of the body;
(5) Press the thumb against the filter net, and hold the kettle body with the index finger and the little finger.
After that, you can shake it continuously, but your palm must never be tightly pressed against the cocktail shaker, or your body heat will pass through the shaker, causing the ice in the shaker to melt, which will make the cocktail weaker. When shaking, the cocktail shaker should be held between your shoulder and chest, and should be held horizontally, then perform a regular piston-like motion forward and backward about 15 to 20 times. When a thin layer of frost appears on the surface of the cocktail shaker, you should immediately open the lid, then use your index finger to support the strainer, and pour it into a cold glass.
