It is usually selected as equipment materials for power station, chemical industry and petroleum. However, chromium stainless steel generally poor weldability, should pay attention to the welding process, heat treatment conditions and the selection of appropriate electrode. Chrome-nickel stainless steel electrode has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, widely used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, petroleum, medical machinery manufacturing. In order to prevent intergranular corrosion due to heating, welding current should not be too large, than carbon steel welding electrode less than about 20%, arc should not be too long, layer cooling, narrow welding path is appropriate.
