Our store offers 7-day no-reason return and exchange service. According to the 7-day no-reason policy, we cover the round-trip shipping costs for quality issues; for non-quality issues, you are responsible for the round-trip shipping. (Note: color differences and customer subjective preferences are not considered quality issues!)

Within 7 days after receipt, if there is a quality issue with the product, our store can provide a free replacement. However, if the return is due to subjective reasons such as not liking or no longer wanting the item, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs (and it must not affect the product's secondary sale).
The following situations do not qualify for return or exchange services:
