2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEYANG or JIAJIE, and the return method should be negotiated with our after-sales customer service).
