Dear friends, when you receive the test, do not allow the air pressure to reach the highest level.

  1. If the oil quantity in the pump body is insufficient, you need to add working oil (hydraulic oil) to the pump to operate.
2. Estimate the maximum load capacity and never exceed the load limit.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the support point for the jack, and at the same time, consider the ground's hardness and softness, whether to pad with tough wood to prevent the danger of toppling during lifting.
After the jack lifts the heavy object, it should be promptly supported firmly with strong wood to prevent the jack from being used as a support, to avoid unbalanced loads and the risk of toppling.

Instructions for the specific operation method:
  Lift：
1. Turn the jack handle clockwise
2. Place the jack under the correct lifting position of the vehicle (if necessary, rotate the adjustment screw of the jack counterclockwise until it makes contact with the vehicle).
3. Insert the jack handle into the handle sleeve, and operate the handle up and down until the vehicle is raised to the desired height.

Decrease: Caution: Slowly decrease the vehicle's rotation and return the oil valve.
1. Unscrew the handle, and loosen the return oil valve with the handle (please turn the handle slowly counterclockwise to loosen the return oil valve), Note: Do not loosen the return oil valve more than 2 turns;
After the vehicle is completely lowered, move the jack. (If the adjustment screw is in the extension position, rotate it clockwise until it is completely detached from the vehicle).

Notes:
  a) When there is a load, do not remove the quick coupler to avoid accidents and damage to the machinery.
b) This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is essential to maintain the oil and the machine properly to prevent clogging or oil leakage, which could affect the performance.
c) For new or long-dormant hydraulic jack, due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder, when first used, the piston rod may exhibit a slight jerking phenomenon. You can move the hydraulic jack without a load back and forth 2-3 times to discharge the air in the chamber. Long-term idle jacks may suffer from the hardening of seals due to their long-term inactivity, which affects the service life of the hydraulic jack. Therefore, when not in use, it is recommended to move the hydraulic jack without a load back and forth 2-3 times per month. Remember: do not attempt to raise it to the top, usually 3-4 cm is sufficient.

Maintenance:
   Oil / Lubricant:
  1. Place the jack in a vertical position.
2. Lower the pump level and the piston until it is in a completely relaxed state;
3. Remove the rubber oil plug from the jack.
4. Pay attention to injecting high-quality hydraulic oil (until the bottom with holes);
5. Install the rubber oil plug.
6. Regularly lubricate the transmission connection and adjust the screw.
