usage
1. Coating method is a kind of filmmaking method that spreads the material uniformly on the slide.
The coating materials include single cell biology, small algae, blood, bacteria culture medium, loose tissue of plants and animals, fine nest, anther and so on.
Attention should be paid to:
(1) the slides must be cleaned.
(2) the slides should be flat.
(3) the coating shall be uniform. Apply the droplets to the right side of the slide, and evenly apply the dissecting knife edge or toothpick.

(4) when dyeing, drop a drop of stained liquid onto the side of the cover glass, and draw from the other side with absorbent paper, so that the specimen under the cover glass is evenly colored. After colouring, with the same method, drop a drop of water, and after the dye is sucked out, under the microscope.
4. Slice is a glass specimen made from slices taken from the living organism.

Cleaning method
