Product Name: M35 Cobalt-Containing Twist Drill
Product Specification: 05-16mm
Product Material: HSSM35 (M35 High-Speed Steel with Cobalt)
Tip angle: 135°

M35 characteristics and application scope
DIN338 German standard cobalt-containing hobbiling bit with M35 material, which can process stainless steel, die-cast steel and other difficult-to-process steel parts. M35 is a high-speed steel containing 5% cobalt. Compared with other cobalt-containing high-speed steels, M35 is cheaper and easier to process. Through proper heat treatment, it can obtain high hardness, high red hardness, and high wear resistance. The toughness and bending strength are not lower than the ordinary type of high-speed steel. It can overcome early damage such as die edge collapse and fracture, and is suitable for cutting materials such as stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum, and copper plates. It is the preferred choice for processing stainless steel.
Specification description: The specification of a twist drill refers to the diameter of the hole it can drill. For example, a 6mm drill bit can drill a hole with a 6mm diameter.
Product Features:
1) M35 high-speed steel with cobalt for milling and shaping, followed by vacuum heat treatment.
2) The special sharpened head has high hardness, and it performs well in drilling workpiece materials with excellent cost-performance.
3) Titanium coating treatment for the body, with higher wear resistance and lower friction coefficient.
4) 135° dual rear apex angle, fully demonstrates self-centering performance, no need for pre-drilling. Faster and more accurately completes the task.
5) M35 high-speed steel with cobalt can enhance heat resistance and extend service life. The core-thick structure provides additional cutting force for drill bits, making it the preferred choice for drilling stainless steel thin plates.
6) Hand drills, bench drills, or swing arm drills, etc., can be used as long as they can clamp, and they are particularly durable for drilling ordinary metals.
