Teslin is a special textile produced by shuttleless machine, which adopts composite yarn with special composite structure, namely PVC/PET Peel Inner yarn. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the leather layer is PVC material which is resistant to aging and ultraviolet radiation. The polyester filament is extended and wrapped, and the surface is smooth, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool and refreshing sense recombination line is formed by drawing and cooling. Warp yarn is made of warping machine through intelligent loom beam. It is directly woven into a net on the winding rapier loom without sizing, and then finished into the final product.
