1. Warranty: Within one year from the sale date in case of damage.

2. Within one year from the sale date, if there are any accessory problems, you just provide the photos of damaged accessory, then we will provide free accessory.

Q1. What's the payment term?
A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% balance

Q2. Are samples available for testing?

1). Usually 1 piece of charged sample for customer's testing.

2). Sample fee is refundable once the products reach the MOQ.

Q3. How is the delivery time?
A. Production will take about 10-25 days after receiving payment.

Q4. Please tell me the standard of package?
A. For small capacities, use color boxes as the inner packaging and cardboard boxes as the delivery packaging. For larger capacities, use strong wooden cases for protection.

Q5. How about the logo? Can we use OEM?
A. Our logo is TTN. If you place a large order, we can accept your logo. So OEM is acceptable. However, using our logo will be highly appreciated.
