Instructions: for the first use of the iron pot, put 5-10 grams of tea into the iron pot net and boil it with water for about 10 minutes. The tannin in the tea leaves and the dissolved ingredients in the iron pot will form an iron tannin film on the surface of the pot. It will be less likely to rust. Can also remove a new lake. Pour the water out of the kettle after boiling. Repeat 2-3 times until the water is clear. The new pot is recommended for daily use.

A better source of heat for me is charcoal.

Daily use: 8 minutes full. Scarlet spots will appear after about 5 days of use, and white scale will appear after about 10 days.

After each use, turn on a low heat to fully evaporate the water in the kettle. Dry with a soft cloth to keep the pot dry.

Maintenance of iron kettle:

The more the pot is used, the blacker it becomes.

Do not dry burn.
