Return and exchange
1.Once a product is engraved is an exclusive personal item, which is also the particularity and significance of personalized customization services.  
2. Please carefully check the product description before purchase to understand the information such as material size and production freight cycle, and then take photos accordingly.
3. Once made, whether delivered or not, a large amount of manpower and material resources are unrecoverable and will not be replaced.
4. Non-quality problems or customized content production errors (due to the buyer's reasons) upon receipt shall not be accepted.
