2. If the goods have quality problems (non-human), please take photos within 24 hours after receiving the goods to exchange the same payment. The customer is advised to sign to confirm whether the goods are damaged before receiving.  

Custom styleWe do not exchange or return goods!

Customization process: the customer selects the style, size, provides the logo, determines the quantity, orders the custom-made manuscript template, and the customer confirms the production of the large cargo! After customization, if there is no damage (non-human) quality problem and the size, style and logo can not be modified due to dissatisfaction, the goods will not be returned or changed!! Those who mind, please be careful before placing the order! If the quantity is large, we suggest making sample first!
