Toothbrush Brush Method:

1. Insert gently into the gap between the teeth to avoid damaging the gum bed. Please use in front of a mirror until you become familiar with it. If the gap between the teeth is too small, using the interdental brush forcefully can damage the gum bed. If even the smallest size interdental brush cannot be inserted into the gap, please choose to use dental floss.

2. Move the brush head forward and back to clean every corner of the teeth. For the areas where the teeth meet the gum, ensure the direction and position of the interdental brush head are correct so that the bristles can clean this area thoroughly. Move the brush head back and forth to clean every corner of the teeth.

3. After use, please clean it with running water and store it in a well-ventilated place.

Toothpick usage method:

1. First, pull out a piece of dental floss about 45 centimeters long.

2. Wrap the ends of the thread around the first joint of the index fingers of both hands with two to three loops, with a distance of about 5 centimeters between the fingers.

3. Support the toothpick with your thumb or middle finger to straighten it, guide it gently into the gap between the teeth along the side, and simultaneously remove food debris.
