1. Our company accepts mixed batch or minimum order quantity of 1 piece.

3. About the shipping time
For items paid before 4:00 PM daily, they will be shipped within 72 hours. For custom-made orders, the delivery time is subject to the agreement between both parties.

About the return and exchange service
Please ensure to carefully inspect the goods upon receipt and sign for them only after confirmation of their accuracy. In case of any quality issues, please refuse to accept the delivery and return them. Once you have signed for the goods, it confirms that you have accepted our products without any defects. We do not accept returns once the goods have been signed for. If there are any quality-related issues, the return and exchange costs will be borne by us.
