Sixth, Receiving Standards:
1. Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods on the spot to verify the accuracy. If there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact us immediately; otherwise, signing the receipt after that will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. All products are strictly tested before leaving the factory. Since they are plastic toys, the quality guarantee for the pass rate is over 98%.
3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there is usually some loss due to normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. We do not assume the risk of the transportation party. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with a normal commission fee of 3%-5%.
4. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

7. After-sales Service
If there are any serious quality problems with individual products that affect their use, please raise them within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. If a solution can be provided by providing accessories, we will send the accessories and the ordered goods together with the next shipment. If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product, but the cost of return transportation will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent out together with the next order for that product.
Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not implement a three-pack policy for all toy products we sell. If there are problems after use, we will not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer.
Special products are processed according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

1) More than 80% of the product images and packaging photos on our website are taken from actual products. However, due to the limitations of light and shooting angles, there may be slight color errors from the actual items. In addition, we will adjust the colors, patterns, and printing of our products and packaging based on market changes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of the images. 2) To meet the needs of most customers, a small number of products will be mixed in a box by default, including products of the same style, type, price, size, and different colors, or they will be packed separately in a box. Therefore, our company cannot guarantee that the products received by the guests are the individual style seen in the picture or all styles.

6) Due to the high popularity of products in the warehouse, we cannot guarantee that all ordered goods will be fully prepared at the same time. Some goods may be delayed due to the high fluidity of warehouse products.
