1) installation handle:

a. Install the handle with the same number as the whole machine on the handle seat

b. Pass the chain through the middle hole of the handle seat and pin shaft

c. At this time, the tilting handle should swing freely.

(2) adjust the position of oil discharge swing link:

a. Insert the eyebolt at the lower end of the chain into the swing link notch

b. Tilt the handle to raise fork to the highest position

c. Pull the control handle on the handle to Lower Fork to the lowest position

d. If the fork cannot be lowered or raised, adjust the swing link nut counterclockwise or clockwise.

(3) usage method (no-load inspection):

a. After the handle is installed, place the truck on a flat cement ground and tilt the handle to raise fork to the highest level, then pull the control handle, and control the fork to the lowest position smoothly.

B. When the control handle is placed in neutral, move the handle. At this time, fork should not rise.

c. After the above inspection and adjustment, the truck can be used

(4) precautions:

a. After the handle is installed, the fork full stroke must be lifted and lowered 2-3 times. Check whether the handle has a neutral phenomenon and whether the decline is stable when the fork is raised. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, you can adjust it according to the method described above.

B. Don't put your hands and feet under the truck at any time.

c. Do not lift heavy objects on sloping ground or ramp

d. When lifting heavy objects, place the heavy objects in the center of fork. Partial load is strictly prohibited.

e. When the ambient humidity is-5 -- + 20℃, please choose synthetic spindle oil. The added oil must be clean to avoid affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
