1. Provide information regarding the quantity of products to be processed, project timeline, images, specifications, material, and other technical requirements. At the same time, our side will calculate a preliminary price range.

2. The client provides product drawings (each drawing must include one front view, one side view, and one top view) or physical samples (two samples are required; one is used for plate making, and the other for polishing).

3. The factory charges a pattern-making fee; please contact customer service. (Note: After the order is finalized, the pattern fee will be refunded or used as part of the payment.)
