Product Customization Terms

Step 1: The customer provides samples and images to confirm if they exist and whether they can be produced. The price is determined based on the customer's material requirements, size requirements, and quantity requirements.

Step 2: Wait for our warehouse or factory to confirm the availability. If there are stock available, we will ship directly upon receipt of payment.

Step 3: For products that are not in stock and need to be custom-made, after confirming the price, the customer needs to arrange a 30% deposit or the full amount to facilitate the production process.

Step 4: If the customer requires a prototype, we must provide a pre-production sample and charge a certain percentage of the prototype fee. After the client's consent, we will produce the order.

Step 5: After the order is completed, the customer pays the balance and arranges for the shipment.

Step 6: After the goods are sent, we will notify the customer in time, or send a text message with the shipping order number, pick-up phone number, and other information.

Step 7: If you receive the product and find any quality or other issues, please contact us within three days. We will not be responsible after three days.

New customers, first time to send samples, the courier fee must be borne by the customer.

Small items, depending on customer needs, whether by courier or freight.

All orders for our factory's products require online confirmation before placing an order (The price will be affected by different specifications, quality, color, and quantity).
