Usage Method:

（一）自行使用
 
1、Push a wheelchair on flat ground
When pushing a wheelchair on a flat surface, sit firmly on the seat, maintain your balance, keep your head up, and move forward. Your arms should be behind you, with your elbows slightly bent, and you should grasp the rear of the wheel rings with your hands. Then, move your arms forward and straighten your elbows. At this point, lean slightly forward, and repeat this motion repeatedly. The forward momentum generated by the upper body will strengthen your arm strength.
 
2. Wheelchair backtracking on a flat surface
With both arms passing over the back of the chair and extending the elbows to place both hands on the manual ring, lean back, lower the shoulders, and use enough strength to push the wheelchair back. For those who cannot push the wheelchair up the slope, this method can also be used to turn the wheelchair up the slope. Patients with hemiplegia can coordinate the movement of the affected limb with the healthy side to push the wheelchair forward.
 
3、Pushing a wheelchair on a slope
On an incline: lean forward, place both hands on the top of the manual ring, extend the wrist, bend the shoulder, and pull the wheelchair forward, bringing it to the slope. By changing the direction of the wheel, it can also stand on the slope.
Downhill: Stretch your head and shoulders, and apply hand brakes. You can place both hands in front of the wheels or, when maintaining wrist joint extension, use the base of one metacarpal to press against the bottom of the hand brake to apply the brake.
 
4. Change the direction of the wheelchair
For example, turning to the left: Place your left hand behind the steering wheel, rotate your left arm slightly outward, and then transfer your body weight through your left hand to the inside of the wheel. Use your left hand to rotate the right wheel backward, while your right hand keeps the wheel moving forward in the normal position.

Four-wheel grounding method: the wheelchair is kept horizontal or with all four wheels on the ground. Two-wheel grounding method: the directional wheels are empty, the large wheels are on the ground, and the wheelchair is tilted back to push or pull.
 
2、Climb the steps
Lift the front wheel onto the step by pushing it backwards; pull the handle backwards and downwards, step on the rear tilt bar, and roll the directional wheel onto the step. Then, lift the handle forwards and upwards, and push the large wheel onto the step.
 
3、Up and Down the Stairs
One-person method: Two wheels on the ground, pull backward, and climb up step by step. The opposite applies when descending the stairs.
Dual-mode: one person in the wheelchair, the other assists in front.

Quad: One person in a wheelchair, with two people in front and two behind, coordinating with each other.
