Operation Instructions:
Turn the handle rod at the bottom clockwise to tighten the release valve, then operate the wrench up and down. The rocker arm rises; conversely, loosen it counterclockwise (generally not exceeding one full turn), and the rocker arm descends.
Boost and air emissions:
1. After prolonged use, the oil of the jack will deteriorate; it must be replaced with high-quality hydraulic oil of model 13. No other type of oil or brake fluid shall be added.
2. The lifting height should be such that the jack is placed horizontally, with a distance of 10 mm between the liquid surface and the outer tube being appropriate.
3. Sometimes, during transportation, air can enter the hydraulic system and affect the jack’s normal operation; therefore, the air in the system should be discharged.
A. Remove the cover, open the oil plug, and allow air to escape;
B. Counter-clockwise relaxation release valve;
C. Quickly move the handle up and down several times;
D. Close the release valve and put the cover back on; then the jack will function properly.
Maintenance, repair, inspection
1. When the jack is not in use, the rocker arm must be at its lowest position to prevent affecting the accuracy of the oil pump and corrosion. Keep the jack clean, and regularly fill the external moving parts with 20# engine oil.
2. Before each use, it is necessary to check visually whether the jack has welding cracks, and whether there are any missing, loose, broken, or deformed parts. In such cases, the jack cannot be used.
3. For your safety, the repair must be carried out under the guidance of experienced maintenance workers.
Instructions for Use

1. Secure the parking brake, set the automatic transmission to “P” position, and set the manual transmission to first or reverse gear.
2. Secure the remaining tires using tire spacers or shims.
3. Place the jack in the groove at the support point and use it.
4. When using a jack, do not exceed the rated load.
5. Do not climb into the undercarriage when the jack is lifting the vehicle.
6. Do not place any pads on the jack head or base.
7. Park the vehicle in a flat area.
8. If possible, use a support to hold up the vehicle.
