Answer: Of course, as long as you can provide us with the .ai format (which is commonly used by foreign customers) or the CorelDRAW (CDR) format for your logo or design draft, we can help you print it on the product, at which point the product becomes a unique custom item for you.

Question: Are your custom prices the lowest? How can I contact you?

Answer: We do not promise that our quotation is the lowest in the market, but we have tried our best to minimize the price by means of independent production, optimizing the procurement process of raw materials, and improving work efficiency. We provide multiple contact methods, and you can choose the most convenient way to contact us.

Sample Request:

Question: Could you send me a sample first?

Answer: We can provide samples to customers, but the freight must be collected, and please do not request samples if there is no sincere intention to cooperate.

Packing Issue:

Transportation Problem:

Question: How do you transport finished products?

Answer: In general, we use logistics or freight services, charging by piece based on the weight of the product or the length of the journey. Freight is paid upon delivery. Freight companies usually do not provide door-to-door delivery services, we are only responsible for shipping the goods to the logistics company in your city, and the logistics company will notify you to pick up the goods. For foreign trade customers, the port and the actual transportation methods are handled. Logistics: 50-70 yuan/piece in the North China region, 60-80 yuan/piece in the Northeast region, 30-50 yuan/piece in the East China region, 40-60 yuan/piece in the Central China region, and 45-70 yuan/piece in the South China region.

Prices for one piece in Southwest China are 55-90 yuan, and in Northwest China, they are 55-100 yuan. The above prices are for reference only. If you need to transfer in some cities, an additional 10-15 yuan will be charged per piece. Freight does not provide door-to-door service. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, you can contact your local logistics company to negotiate the fees.
