Application Instructions:

This product adopts new technology from Taiwan, with advantages such as compact size, clear voice, long standby time, simple operation, stable performance, and convenient installation. It is mainly used for home surveillance, monitoring and guardianship of children, the elderly, and pets, as well as anti-theft tracking for cars and warehouses.

Power On/Off: After opening the back cover, insert the SIM card into the slot to turn the device on. When the device is turned on, the indicator light will stay lit for 10 seconds. After the light goes out, you can close the back cover and use the device. To turn it off when not in use, simply remove the SIM card.

Environmental monitoring: After the machine powers on normally, dial the alarm number, and wait for five seconds after the connection to listen to the conditions within 10 meters of the machine's location.

Voice-activated redial: Dial the SIM number on the alarm device using a mobile phone or landline, listen to the surrounding sounds for 3 seconds, and then hang up to set it successfully. When there is a sound of 45 decibels within 10 meters of the alarm device, it will automatically dial the set number.

LBS Positioning: Users edit the capital letter 'DW' (for international users, please edit 'GPS') into the alarm, and it will take about one minute to receive a message containing the address/coordinates/website content.

SOS Emergency Call: Edit the text content of the capital letters "SOS" to the alarm, and directly press the SOS button for more than three seconds after the successful setting, the alarm will directly call the bound number.

Operating Frequency: GSM850/900/1800/1900MHz

Standby Time: When using voice control, the standby time is 5-7 days; without voice control, the standby time is 12-15 days.

Notes:

1. The new machine should be fully charged before use to achieve optimal performance.

2. Charger Standard: 5.0V 500MA, to avoid damage to the host.

3. When installing, please note the strength of the GSM network signal. Do not install it in places with no signal or weak signal, as this may affect the use effect.

4. The light does not work, the battery is dead, charge it and then use it.

5. If the phone is not reachable, try reinsert the SIM card and turn it on, or charge it again and then test it.

6. Do not automatically answer, turn off and reinsert the card to turn on.

7. If you do not receive a response, please check if the SIM card is out of credit or if the SMS message storage is full. Clear the storage and try again.

8. This product is strictly prohibited for illegal purposes, and the consequences shall be borne by the user.

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light blinks. Within the next 30 seconds: If the indicator light remains on continuously, it indicates that the tracker is functioning normally.

If the indicator light flashes slowly every 2 seconds, it indicates that the locator is not functioning normally. The reason may be that there is no SIM card inserted or no network signal is available.
After the successful power-on, the indicator light will turn off. The indicator light will turn off after 15 seconds.

Shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, and release it when the indicator light blinks. If you hold the power button after the blinking, the device will reboot in 3 seconds.

How to determine on/off

After successful power-on, the locator will be in standby mode. Press the power button lightly and release immediately, and the indicator light will turn on and then off immediately, indicating successful power-on; if the indicator light does not turn on after pressing the power button lightly and releasing immediately, it indicates successful power-off.

【About the Battery Life】

Supports 2-3 hours of listening and talking, location every 10 minutes for 24 hours, and pure standby for more than 10 days.

About charging: Use the A8 standard charger for about 3 hours.

【About GPRS Data Usage and Phone and SMS Charges】

SMS: Send using standard SMS, the cost is the standard SMS fee. It is recommended to subscribe to a monthly package.

Calling: After the phone is connected, calling fees will be incurred, and the fees will be based on the local operator's phone rate standards.

GPRS: Using base station positioning, some functions need to be implemented through GPRS, such as positioning. When positioning, the operator sends a dw text message to Universal, and after receiving the command, Universal will upload its current base station ID to the background server through GPRS. The server will analyze the ID to generate specific location information and send instructions to Universal to make it return the location information to the operator. Each time, the consumption of GPRS traffic is less than a few K, and 1M can be positioned more than 100 times. It is recommended to activate the 5 yuan monthly package. In addition, there will be no additional fees.

【About SIM Card Support】

Universal SIM cards that support mobile networks, such as China Unicom, M-Zone, and Global Pass, currently do not support mobile phones with telecom and CDMA networks. It is recommended to use mobile operator cards.
