Maintenance methods

4. The distance between the two ends of the hand wheel (20) and hexagon slotted nut should be controlled within 0.2-0.5mm when the hand wheel (20) presses the friction plate (13) and the ratchet wheel (33).

5. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd shall be put into use only when no-load test is carried out to confirm normal operation and reliable braking.

6. The friction surface of the brake shall be kept clean, and the brake part shall be checked frequently to prevent accidents caused by brake failure.
