The service life of the truck is mainly related to the abrasion resistance of the oil valve, oil seal, pump core and main pole in the oil pump. The surface of the main pole of our company has been treated with hard chromium plating to make it more wear-resistant. Oil valve, oil seal and wheel belong to the vulnerable parts, our company can configure the imported parts according to your requirements.

Transportation wheels:Optional nylon wheel (white wheel), iron core polyurethane wheel (red wheel), solid cast iron wheel. Nylon wheels are strong, hard, and sound, but require less thrust. Iron core polyurethane wheel is more wear-resisting and elastic, relatively soft, noise is little, when pushing heavy article thrust wants bigger. Solid cast iron wheels are generally suitable for use in places with poor ground conditions.

Instructions for handle installation:

(1) installation handle:

A. Place the handle with the same number as the machine on the handle seat

B. Pass the chain through the middle hole of the handle holder and pin shaft

C. At this time, the handle should swing freely

(2) adjust the position of oil discharge swing rod:

A. Insert the hanger bolt at the lower end of the chain into the groove of the pendulum bar

B. Lift the handle to raise the fork to the highest position

C. Pull the control handle to lower the fork to the lowest position

D. if the fork cannot be lowered or lifted, adjust the swing bar nut counterclockwise or clockwise

(3) usage (no-load inspection) :

A. After the handlebar is installed, put the truck on the flat cement floor and lift the handle to lift the fork to the highest position. Then pull the control handle, and the handlebar steadily drops to the lowest position

B. When the control handle is placed in neutral, flip the handle and the fork should not be lifted

C. After the above inspection and adjustment, the carrier can be used

(4) notes:

A. After the handlebar is installed, the fork must be reeled up and down for 2 to 3 times in its full travel. Check whether the handle is empty when the fork is rising and whether the drop is stable

Don't put your hands or feet under the van at any time

C. do not lift heavy weights on inclined ground or ramp

D. When lifting heavy objects, place heavy objects in the cargo fork center

E. when the environment humidity - 5 - + 20 ℃, please choose synthetic spindle oil, add must be cleaned of oil, so as not to affect the hydraulic system to work normally
