All the goods in our store have undergone strict inspection to ensure their accuracy before packaging, so please rest assured!!!

  Please pay attention to this: make sure you inspect the goods in front of the delivery person before signing for them! Check if the packaging is damaged or tampered with.

Has the item been inspected for any signs of damage or missing parts? If there are any discrepancies, please refuse the delivery (the return shipping fee is not required), and promptly contact the shop owner!

The receipt by other relevant personnel such as guards, parents, classmates, and friends is also considered as the buyer's receipt.

One more thing: Nowadays, couriers won't let you see the items until you sign for them. Don't worry; it's safe. After you sign, you can't let the courier leave until you've checked the package.

Please open the package in person to ensure there are no problems before you allow the courier to leave. If you sign for the package and discover any issues with the item, you can still reject it.

Just write down the issues with the baby as the courier mentioned on the delivery slip one by one, or if there's any unclear place, you can contact the shop owner.

The owner will communicate with the courier to arrange the delivery.

Color difference explanation:Due to the differences in the background, lighting, and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are sold as is.

About shipping:After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the stock by 6 PM the same evening (excluding Sundays). Express logistics:We default to the buyer bearing the shipping costs. If you require other courier services, please contact our online customer service. If the courier does not reach or if you urgently need the goods, please contact customer service to change to SF Express and China Post (with a supplement to the shipping cost difference). For bulk goods, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the cargo station so that you can pick up the goods in the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that courier and logistics are beyond our control, and please do not use the service attitude and the length of time of the courier and logistics to arrive as the basis for our evaluation.

关于付款：Buyers first choose a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, which guarantees the safety of the payment; when the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay. If the goods are not received on time or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect their rights.

About the receipt signing:Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the goods directly with the delivery personnel.

About after-sales service:If there are any quality problems within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, there will be no return or exchange processing. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the difference between the picture and the actual product is too large, or if the product does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it for subjective reasons such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product. However, if there is an objective quality problem with the product, a return or exchange will be granted.
