Production Process
It is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rods, and galvanized iron wires are divided into hot-dipped galvanized wires and cold-dipped galvanized wires (electroplated zinc wires). They are processed into high-quality low-carbon steel through drawing, pickling to remove rust, high-temperature annealing, hot-dipped galvanizing, and cooling.

 Characteristics
Galvanized iron wire has good toughness and elasticity, with a maximum zinc coating of up to 300 grams per square meter. It has characteristics such as thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance.

The product is widely used in various fields, including construction, handicrafts, woven mesh, highway safety barriers, product packaging, and everyday civilian use.
